The shorter month of the year wasn’t too bad. As both the weather and the lockdown didn’t quite know what to do with themselves, it seems that at least one thing was clear: everyone was keen on having a little sip!
This month came with a lot of background work on our side. We’ve been investing a lot of time (and a little money) into getting more knowledge, more resources, more partners, more offers, and ultimately a bit more time for ourselves too.
We’ve been interviewed twice, with articles coming out later this month. We’ve had a lot of interesting meetings with potential new partners, both on larger variety of wines, but also non-alcoholic alternatives, that we’re hoping to bring to you soon. We’ve been developing our Slurp Sessions, so we have a different offering for a different kind of crowd. And we’re happy to have hosted a few birthdays already. We’ve been expanding our sustainable connections, trying to better understand our role and the impact we can provide. And dreaming about the days where we can play outside again. And we’ve been learning a lot about conduct in public spheres, especially social media. The good, the bad, and, unfortunately, the really ugly. We want to make sure that our values shine through, especially trust and kindness, in a space that doesn’t always seem geared towards them.
All in all, February has been a good month, with a few hiccups along the way, but nothing we haven’t been able to take in our stride. Overall: staying healthy, staying happy, drinking a little wine 😉
